    Your order will be accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in original condition, with tags attached to the product, and packaging, within (7) Calendar days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returning a product for exchange or store credit is complimentary. Products may also be exchanged or returned for a store credit at the shipping address that’s given upon request, within (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Following the instructions will allow you: - to choose the articles to return as well as the reason for the return; - to choose your delivery method (drop-off at a UPS or FedEx® location); In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you.   • How do I track delivery of my order?
    To track your order, you will receive a tracking number link once ordered is processed and done to be shipped out. If necessary, please feel free to contact our email address at runyaro@runyaro.com.
  • How much is the delivery?
    Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders. You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery cost depends on the delivery service you select: Standard Overnight service will vary depending on your shipping location,
  • Where does Runyaro deliver?
    Goods purchased via this Website may only be delivered within United States. Any delivery address located outside of United States will be refused during the ordering procedure. RunyaroBrilliant.com will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.
  • How long will delivery take?
    How long will delivery take? Ground: allow between three to seven business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery. Overnight: your order must reach us before 2 p.m. (Central Time). It will be delivered the following business day. This option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. If you are not sure of your zip code, please email us and we will be happy to assist you. For security reasons, all Runyaro.com packages are personally delivered to their recipients with a signed signature. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox for no exceptions.
  • Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
    A signature is required upon receipt of your package. Due to COVID-19, FedEx has implemented contactless delivery. Upon arrival, the driver will confirm the recipient’s first initial and last name /UPS and enter “C-19” in place of the signature. The shipping provider is responsible for the customer-owned property while the property is in transit, up until delivery confirmation is provided at which point, the transfer of property is complete, and the buyer assumes responsibility of the property.
  • If you are on a business trip. Can we deliver to your hotel?
    We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.
  • Could you deliver to a PO box?
    Predominantly for security reasons, Runyaro.com will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.
  • Will my order be gift wrapped?
    Your purchases are delivered in our custom white high quality signature box tied with a signature black and gold Runyaro Brilliant ribbon.
